| Licensing Information | ||
Hank Erdmann licenses the right to use his photographic images. I provide prompt research and delivery, based on each client's request. My prices are based on industry guidelines. Prices can vary based on the usage requested, the number of photos to be used, size and press r un. To determine a fair usage fee, I need to know the following information about your project:

| If you find an image on this site which you would like to use, have any questions, or would like my office to organize a submission for a project, contact me directly by phone, fax, or e-mail. I will be happy to discuss your project and provide you with a usage rights and fees price quote. My submissions are of 4x5, 6x6 and 35mm format originals, and 70mm reproduction-grade duplicates or electronically as digital scans of the original images. I‘d love to hear from you and look forward to discussing your project and answering any questions. On our delivery memos, we state a $1,500 minimum replacement value on any original image that is lost or damaged, with some special images valued at $2000. Duplicates have a replacement charge of $50. | ||

All images on this site are for examination only. Images may not be reproduced, copied, projected, or used in any way without (a) express written permission on Hank Erdmann Photography's invoice stating the rights granted and the terms thereof and (b) payment of said invoice, or (c) express written permission from Hank Erdmann Photography stating a specific usage right granted for a specific reason. The reasonable and stipulated fee for any other use shall be three (3) times Hank Erdmann Photography's normal fee for such usage. All copyright violations will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Stock photos are available of many subjects, please click one of the Geographical or Subject List buttons for fairly complete list. My image library consists of over 30,000 images and I'm constantly adding new images to the library. While I try to keep these lists up to date, quite often a couple months pass between updates. My library contains a wide and varied subject coverage; Natural History, Destination and Travel, Landscape, Intimate Landscape and Close-ups, in National, State and private parks and preserves are all well represented. I have images from across North America, but specialize in imagery of the Upper Midwest . I have extensive image libraries in the following categories; The Door Peninsula, Wisconsin; Eastern Wisconsin; Northeastern Illinois; Michigan; The Western Great Lakes (Michigan & Superior); Plants and flora of the Upper Midwest; Lighthouses; Photo Impressionism; Prairies; Leaves and Trees, and Water in it's many moods, forms and states. Many images can be viewed in my online galleries. There are usually alternate similar images (horizontal vs. vertical or compositional/focal length variations) that are also available. Please inquire if you need material that's not already illustrated or listed within this website. If I don't have an image that suits your specific need, I am in ongoing contact with many other photographers nationally, I know their lists and images and am more than happy to provide contact information for other photographers whose artistry and business ethics I greatly respect.
