Join Fred & Hank for Lake Effect's Adobe Lightroom Shoot And Critique Weekend Workshop.  The event will start with a lecture on the features and uses of this very powerful software.  A field session will follow, finishing up day one.

On Sunday, Fred will start with a lecture on bring the images we shot in the field on Saturday into Lightroom, rating them, organizing them and inserting metadata. We’ll stop briefely for lunch and continue afterwards learning to work in the develop mode. Fred will talk about preparing images, performing color and image management techniques and explain the many controls and tools for working with images in the software. We’ll then select a few images for critiques and do a critique to the end of the workshop.

Participants need to have a digital SLR, tripod, and laptop for working with their images for critique. You will also need a copy of Adobe Lightroom software installed on your laptop.  This Shoot & Critique weekend workshop will be held at Gallery 7 in Joliet, Illinois and field sessions will be at nearby preserves. Lunch for both days is included. The group will join for dinner on Saturday evening (optional). Dinner is not included in the cost of the workshop.

Fees:  $250 includes lunches, lectures, demos, field sessions and critiques.
