Attend one event; Normal price. Attend 2-3 events; take a $5 discount on 2nd & 3rd event. Attend a 4 or more events; take a $10 discount on those events. Sign-ups do not have to be made at the same time for discount.
These events are limited to 8-12 Participants depending on event

I founded Lake Effect with the idea to provide local inexpensive half day to full day photographic outings as a core offering, something that no other Photography Tour provider offers. It is sometimes hard to get away for ten days, a week or even a weekend with our modern day hectic schedules. It is almost just as frustrating to try to shoot on your all too short weekends in local sites that get too crowded on weekends. So we schedule small groups with two instructor/guides and schedule the events on weekdays, when everyone else is stuck in the office, so you get the maximum quality photography time in the field in places where great photographs exist.

Weekdays are a great idea but we heard from many folks that they just can't get away from the office on weekdays So we also schedule some of these events on weekend days. For these weekend outings we try to go to places that don't get as much traffic or go at times when they have the least traffic.

You’ll shoot with leaders like Willard Clay, Hank Erdmann, Fred Drury and others, shoulder to shoulder in the field. Their advice and help on composition or exposure, technique or equipment is just a question away. Hands-on demos are also featured throughout your day. Demos are designed to sharpen seeing and compositional skills will help you bring home great images. Follow-up online critiques of images you make at your event are conducted by email after the event. The event price is also the deposit amount to hold your spot.
