Lake Effect Photographic Adventures Presents: Join us for a day of photography at one of Northern Illinois' finest wildflower sites. We'll start our day at 8 am at Messenger Woods Forest Preserve. Large-flowered Trilliums (White Trillium), Blue Eyed Marys, and Virginia Bluebells are the star flower attractions here, but there are also many other species of wildflowers as well as the Spring Creek shoreline to photograph. After the event, many participants will head out for a late lunch. Will and Hank will demonstrate using a histogram to make great exposures for those who do not yet use this very powerful tool. Hank will demonstrate some close up techniques for flowers and Will will demonstrate techniques for making spring flower landscapes. Both instructors will assist you with composition and help you make memorable wildflower images. |
